    Slide 6: Setting expectations with the class means that we can refer to them as semester continues. By setting expectations for myself as their instructor, not only do I clarify what the base level expectations are, I also encourage them to be transparent with me.

  • Slide 18: FOTO (Fun Outside the Office) Committee showcased past events and encouraged participation in wider teambuilding initiatives. I encouraged members to send photographs of themselves at events.
